• MAINTENANCE EVENT –DOWNTIME REQUIRED
• On the morning of Monday, September 28, 2026, between 12:00am - 4:00am EDT, we will be holding a maintenance event that will result in the system, including all the modules of the FFT platform, being unavailable during this window of time. Please plan any critical actions before or after this maintenance window. NOTE: Toll-free access for dictation will remain available throughout this window.

• On the morning of Wednesday, September 23, 2026, we will be holding a 2-hour maintenance event for Solventum™ Fluency™ Analytics Solution (Fluency Analytics) at 1:30 AM EDT. There will be up to 30 minutes of downtime needed for this event. Any reports scheduled to run during this timeframe will be run directly after. All other modules of the Solventum™ Fluency™ for Transcription (FFT) platform will remain available. No interruption is expected to workflow, document delivery or the receipt of data and toll-free access for dictation.
